Ivan Barros wraz z choreografem Idio Chichava kwestionują konsumpcjonizm i nieokiełznaną produkcję odpadów w naszym społeczeństwie. Robią to za pomocą performensu w przestrzeni śmietniska w Malhampsene w Maputo.
IVAN BARROS – fotograf i filmowiec z Mozambiku, zaanagażowany w promowanie tamtejszej sceny sztuk audiowizualnych. Dzięki swojej pracy dotarł praktycznie do wszystkich regionów wiejskich w Mozambiku, skąd poprzez Instagrama @ivanrsbarros, dzielił się ze światem zdjęciami z tamtych stron.

„MATATA”
Sesja zdjęciowa, w której bierze udział Matata, przybiera nieoczekiwany obrót, przechodząc w serię scen tanecznych inspirowanych snami czy wydarzeniami z historii Konga i nie tylko. Zarówno filmy, jak i fotografie zawsze stanowiły nie tylko piękny artefakt, ale także narzędzie w rękach kolonizatorów. W obliczu historii opresji ciało buntuje się, prowadząc Matatę w kierunku nowej przyszłości.
PETNA NDALIKO KATONDOLO – urodzony w Gomie kongijski reżyser, aktywista i edukator. Jego międzygatunkowe prace artystyczne realizowane w konwencji afrofuturyzmu podejmują temat dekolonizacji. W 2020 r. założył organizację “Yole!Africa”, która stanowi centrum edukacyjne dla artystów, liderów społecznych i dziennikarzy we wschodnim Kongu. Na swoim koncie ma wiele filmów krótkometrażowych, tj. “Goma Capitale du Cinéma”, “Jazz Mama”, “Mabele na Biso”, “Danze”.

„MUDANÇA – PRZEWRÓT”
Mudança jest spotkaniem artysty Welketa Bungué i portugalskiej polityczki Joacine Katar Moreiry, którzy kwestionują istotę swoich zawodów, nieoczekiwanie zbliżając się do paradygmatu nadchodzącej rewolucji. Film wykorzystuje teksty poetyckie ojca reżysera, Paulo T. Bungué, oryginalne malowidła artysty Nú Barreto oraz muzyczny krajobraz skomponowany przez Mû Mbana.
WELKET BUNGUÉ – portugalsko-gwinejski reżyser filmowy i aktor mieszkający w Berlinie. Członek Portugalskiej Akademii Kina i Niemieckiej Akademii Filmowej. Reżyser krótkich metraży „I Am Not Pilatus” (2019), „Arriaga” (2019) i nagradzanego „Bastien” (2016). Zagrał rolę Franza Biberkopfa w filmie „Berlin Alexanderplatz” (reż. Burhan Qurbani), za którą otrzymał nagrodę dla najlepszego aktora na MFF w Sztokholmie.

„NIEOSADZENI”
Debiut reżyserski Andersona Bardota pokazuje przygotowania brazylijskiej grupy tańca współczesnego do spektaklu, którego tematem jest homoseksualizm czarnych. Jednocześnie poznajemy historię nastoletniego Pedro, nie identyfikującego się jako chłopiec, który marzy o tym, aby zostać tancerzem.
ANDERSON BARDOT – brazylijski poeta i reżyser filmowy. Uzyskał licencjat z filmu i audio-wideo na Federalnym Uniwersytecie Espírito Santo. “The Uninhabitable Ones” to pierwszy film krótkometrażowy w jego profesjonalnej karierze.

„UNTIL LATE”
Ivan Barros together with choreographer Idio Chichava question consumerism and the unbridled production of waste in our society. They do this through a performance in the space of a garbage dump in Malhampsene, Maputo.
IVAN BARROS is a photographer and filmmaker from Mozambique, committed to promoting the local audiovisual arts scene. Through his work he has reached practically all rural regions in Mozambique, from where he has shared with the world through his Instagram @ivanrsbarros, pictures from those areas.

„MATATA”
A photo shoot involving Matata takes an unexpected turn into a series of dance scenes inspired by dreams or events from Congolese history and beyond. Both films and photographs have always been not only a beautiful artifact, but also a tool in the hands of the colonizers. In the face of a history of oppression, the body rebels, leading Matata towards a new future.
PETNA NDALIKO KATONDOLO is a Goma-born Congolese director, activist, and educator. His interspecies artworks executed in the convention of Afrofuturism address the theme of decolonization. In 2020, he founded 'Yole!Africa’, an organisation that provides an educational centre for artists, community leaders and journalists in eastern Congo. He has many short films to his credit, i.e. „Goma Capitale du Cinéma”, „Jazz Mama”, „Mabele na Biso”, „Danze”.

„MUDANÇA – SUBVERSION”
Mudança is a meeting between artist Welket Bungué and Portuguese politician Joacine Katar Moreira, who question the essence of their professions, coming unexpectedly close to the paradigm of the coming revolution. The film uses poetic texts by the director’s father, Paulo T. Bungué, original paintings by artist Nú Barreto and a musical landscape composed by Mû Mban.
WELKET BUNGUÉ is a Portuguese-Guinean film director and actor living in Berlin. Member of the Portuguese Film Academy and the German Film Academy. Director of the short films „I Am Not Pilatus” (2019), „Arriaga” (2019) and the award-winning „Bastien” (2016). He played the role of Franz Biberkopf in „Berlin Alexanderplatz” (dir. Burhan Qurbani), for which he won the Best Actor Award at the Stockholm IFF.

Anderson Bardot’s directorial debut shows a Brazilian contemporary dance company preparing for a performance whose theme is black homosexuality. At the same time we learn the story of a teenage Pedro, who does not identify as a boy and who dreams of becoming a dancer.
ANDERSON BARDOT is a Brazilian poet and film director. He earned a bachelor’s degree in film and audio-video from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. „The Uninhabitable Ones” is the first short film in his professional career.

Together with zombies we travel through crowded streets, hair salons and futuristic clubs of Kinshasa. Their goal is to gain popularity and shine in the spotlight. Addicted to phones, likes and praise in virtual reality. They are accompanied by captivating, energetic music with a strong message performed by Baloji.
BALOJI is a Congolese-born, Belgium-based award-winning filmmaker and musician. Creator of six short films, i.e. „Kaniama Show” (2017), „Peau de Chagrin/ Bleu de Nuit” (2018), „Zombies” (2018), „Never Look At The Sun” (2019). He is currently working on his debut feature film.
